J.W. (Justin) brings a unique synthesis of expertise as an experienced artist, a creative coach and trainer for both business teams and individuals, a motivational speaker, and an well-seasoned event organizer. This background is deepened by graduate studies in organizational development and leadership and brand ethics, and a history of dedication to social well-being. His pivotal entrance into the entrepreneurial world was being the co-founder of Artists for Global Welfare, a non-profit organization/project, from 2009 through 2011 in the western United States. Such an experience partnered local artists with community organizations to amplify initiatives through live events and creative projects. Other significant experience includes being owner of JN William Studio (USA, 2017-2024) and co-owner of Gillian Fletcher Books, LLC (USA, 2023-2025). Currently, outside of the lab, Justin is a creative coach and consultant to help you enhance your business ideas, and to help with providing creative training experiences for your teams.
