WHO WE ARE

The Human Prototype Lab, JWN Creative Coaching, and J.W. Nadolski are trade names of a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) operated by Justin W. Nadolski (KvK 96670002), working in partnership with entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, business owners, creatives, and self-employed individuals to provide coaching, collaboration, communications, events, and marketing services. All brands/business services/models are housed under parent company Disruptive Cheerleader Productions

This Privacy Notice applies to all activities conducted under the trade names The Human Prototype Lab, JWN Creative Coaching, and J.W. Nadolski (previously also trading as The Disruptive Cheerleader and/or Disruptive Cheerleader Productions). It explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, your obligations, and your rights as an individual.

J.W. Nadolski is the data controller in respect of the data described in this Notice. We are bound by EU law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679), the ePrivacy Regulations 2011, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive 2002/58/EC, as well as applicable regulations in countries outside the EU where relevant.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP) at any time regarding our handling of your data. Contact details are provided at the end of this Notice.

WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is any information that belongs to you and can identify you as an individual — for example, your name, address, email address, or information provided in application or registration forms. Personal data also includes any correspondence you have with us.

Certain categories of personal data merit additional protection under GDPR (special categories). This includes data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, health data, or data concerning sexual orientation. We do not routinely collect special category data unless explicitly required and with your consent.

Directly from you through contact enquiries, subscription sign-ups, coaching agreements, invoicing, and other business-necessary interactions.
From publicly available sources, such as social media pages or websites you provide us with links to.
Through our interactions with you via email, post, telephone, our website, or social media communications.
Through events, workshops, research, and other activities we organise or participate in.
From third-party sources such as press contacts and other relevant sources.

We take reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of information you provide. Any agents or contractors of The Human Prototype Lab, JWN Creative Coaching, or J.W. Nadolski, or Disruptive Cheerleader Productions, who have access to your information are required to keep it confidential and are not permitted to use it for any purpose other than carrying out services on our behalf.

WHERE YOU PROVIDE DATA BELONGING TO ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL

If you provide us with another person’s personal data (for example, as part of a project application or collaboration), you should ensure you are complying with applicable data protection laws and provide them with a copy of this Notice. If you have any questions, please contact us.

WHERE YOU DO NOT PROVIDE REQUIRED INFORMATION

If you choose not to provide us with the personal data we require, we may not be able to communicate with you or provide you with our services.

WHO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH

The Human Prototype Lab, JWN Creative Coaching, or J.W. Nadolski, or Disruptive Cheerleader Productions,in the course of business and where necessary and proportionate, share your information with third parties. We carry out appropriate due diligence on third parties and have contracts and agreements in place with them.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted for legal, reporting, regulatory, and legitimate business purposes.

As a business registered in the Netherlands, The Human Prototype Lab, JWN Creative Coaching, or J.W. Nadolski, or Disruptive Cheerleader Productions, are required by law to keep records securely stored for a minimum of seven (7) years. Personal data no longer required outside of this obligation will be securely deleted or anonymised.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

The Human Prototype Lab, JWN Creative Coaching, or J.W. Nadolski, or Disruptive Cheerleader Productions, use third-party tools including website hosting (humanprototypelab.org), email, and communications platforms that may facilitate data exchanges between us and clients, customers, or contacts based inside and outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure that an equivalent level of protection is in place through appropriate safeguards. We will notify you in advance if our registered office location moves inside or outside the Netherlands or EU, and if this affects how your data is processed.

HOW WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA SECURE

The Human Prototype Lab, JWN Creative Coaching, or J.W. Nadolski, or Disruptive Cheerleader Productions, have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your personal data secure. These include data minimisation, anonymisation, access controls, and encryption, in agreement with our website provider (Wix) and other service providers.

YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO YOUR DATA

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
